The Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) provides financing to MSMEs in Aceh Province, especially Banda Aceh City and Aceh Besar Regency. However, empirically it does not add to the welfare of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Starting from the financing disbursement process through a winding process from IsDB to the Indonesian Government through the KOTAKU program in the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, then continued to the State Treasury Services Office, after that, the process continued to the Community SelfSufficiency Agency as the coordinator of 7 MSMEs as recipients of funds loans and business implementation. This research was conducted on 7 MSMEs that are members of the Community Self-Reliance Agency (BKM) in Banda Aceh City and Aceh Besar Regency, Aceh Province with research variables using Financial Ratios, namely Working Capital Turnover as Activity Ratio, and Sales Growth Rate and Net Profit Margin as Profitability Ratios. The data used in this research is secondary data from 35 financial report samples and summarized into panel data. Testing the regression equation in this research uses the E-views 12 program. The results of this research state that financial activity ratios do not have a positive effect on profitability ratios. The conclusion of this research is that the financing provided by the Islamic Development Bank does not have a positive impact on the welfare of MSMEs.
