PENANAMAN NILAI-NILAI BUDAYA ISLAMI MELALUI PEMBIASAAN KEGIATAN KEAGAMAAN DI MADRASAH MUADALAH ALIYAH NURUL QARNAIN

Abstract

Technological advances can have good and bad effects on humans, and to filter the bad effects of technology, especially on generations of students, Madrasah Muadalah Aliyah Nurul Qarnain instills Islamic cultural values through religious activities. The purpose of this study is to describe the habituation of religious activities in shaping religious character. This research uses a qualitative approach in the form of field research. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. Data validity requires triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of this study indicate that the cultivation of Islamic cultural values in the form of faith, worship and morals is carried out with religious activities in the form of prayers together before and after learning, the implementation of dhuha and dhuhur prayers in congregation, recitation of asmaul husna after duha prayer in congregation, recitation of nadham aqidatul awam after congregational duhur prayer, habituation of 5S (greetings, smiles, greetings, politeness, courtesy) in the madrasah environment, as well as, religious extracurricular activities such as reading and writing the Koran, Islamic Holiday Commemoration (PHBI) activities consisting of isra' mi'raj, maulid of the Prophet Muhammad Saw, and Idhul adha prayers.
