SISTEM REKRUTMEN PARTAI GERINDRA (MENUJU PEMILU TAHUN 2024) KABUPATEN JENEPONTO

Abstract

This research aims to determine the recruitment system for the Gerindra political party in preparing candidates for the 2024 Jeneponto Regency legislative membership. Apart from that, to determine and analyze the institutional level of the political party, in this case the Gerindra Great Indonesia Movement Party towards the 2024 Jeneponto Regency election. The type of research used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach method. The subjects of this research were determined using a purposive technique, namely by the criteria of people who were directly involved with the Gerindra party recruitment system. The subjects of this research are the Chairman of the DPC Gerindra Jeneponto, Secretary of the DPC Gerindra Jeneponto, Chairman of the Jeneponto Regency DPRD, Member of the Jeneponto Regency DPRD Council, GMD LO Gerindra Jeneponto Regency Cadre, Chairman of the Gerindra Bapilu Jeneponto Regency, Awaluddin Candidate Member of the Gerindra Legislative Council Jeneponto Regency, Safaruddin Candidate Member legislative. Research data collection techniques were carried out using interviews and documentation with data validity checking techniques using cross checks. Inductive data analysis techniques, including data reduction, categorization, data display and conclusions. This research was conducted at the Branch Leadership Council (DPC Gerindra) Jeneponto Regency. The results of the research show that the Gerindra Jeneponto DPC's recruitment system for legislative candidates is open to all Indonesian citizens.
