Abstract

Lifestyle in this modern era certainly makes technology more sophisticated and makes it easier to access all the needs we have. One of them is to facilitate needs; the shopee application is the choice of non-ASN workers to meet their fashion needs and have the desired fashion lifestyle. The impact of lifestyle is very influential in choosing fashion, which has an impact on the use of the Shopee application. The purpose of this study is to find out what impact lifestyle influences have on non-ASN contract workers at the Gowa Regent's Office. This type of research is qualitative; the researcher uses the Purposive Sampling Technique, which is a strategy if someone wants to be able to understand certain selected cases without generalizing to all cases. This research is divided into two categories of data sources: primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used in this study were observational interviews and documentation. Data management techniques are carried out through four stages: data reduction, data presentation, and technical analysis of the impact of non-ASN lifestyles on the use of the Shopee application, which draws conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the lifestyle impact of Non-ASN Contract Workers is influenced by work environment factors, the desire to be recognized and paid attention to in the workplace, and the offer of products that are almost the same as well-known products at affordable prices. The implementation of this research is expected to provide an overview of non-ASN contract workers lifestyles so they are not tempted to follow trends that are not useful or only to be recognized at work and to be smarter in choosing a good lifestyle.
