Early marriage is the marriage of one or two underage teenagers. The new regulation in Law Number 16 of 2019, which has been in effect since October 15, 2019, concerning the marriage limit, states that the minimum age for marriage is 19 years for women and men. This is by the provisions of the Ministry of PPPA (Women's Empowerment and Child Protection) concerning Child Protection. The existence of women themselves has an important role in maintaining economic resilience, both in the domestic realm (family) and in the public (society). The role of women in managing family finances from the results of their husband's livelihood and their productive work makes women aware of their position, which is to maintain the economic sustainability of the family. Adolescent girls who marry at an easy age demand that they must be able to utilize economic resources through their social capital stock in the form of social networks in the social environment to maintain the marriage and even improve the family economy. This study uses qualitative descriptive research causes it aims to obtain an in-depth picture of adolescent girls' social capital in maintaining family economic resilience at a young age. Informal selection is selected by purposive sampling, namely by selecting informants who fall into the criteria determined by the researcher. The informants consisted of parents, the head of the KUA (Office of Religious Affairs), the village head, and the surrounding community. Data collection techniques are direct observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the social capital of adolescent girls who marry at a young age has several components, consisting of trust, values, and social norms that make it a foundation in the mechanism and form cooperative institutions that they can use as a strengthening of the family economy. Financial limitations are able to be overcome by young women by taking advantage of social networking opportunities by participating in social gatherings and selling in the home environment, as well as through cooperatives based on mutual trust. Thus, the position of women as managers of family finances at a young age can be confirmed by a series of productive businesses that strategically exploit the potential of social capital in the social environment.
