PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM PEMBENTUKAN PERATURAN DAERAH

Abstract

Community participation in the formation of laws and regulations is regulated in Article 96 of Law Number 12 of 2011 which states that the public has the right to provide input verbally and/or in writing in the formation of laws and regulations. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that community participation in the formation of regional regulations requires good cooperation between the government, the DPRD as legislators so that they can produce quality legal products in accordance with the conditions of the region or the conditions of the region so that what is expected by the community and the government as policy makers can collaborate with each other in the formation of a regional regulation.
