Productivity is a key indicator for measuring the efficiency of resource utilization within a production system. CV. Mega Plastindo, a manufacturer of plastic vinegar bottles, continues to experience fluctuations in production output and defect rates, requiring an evaluation of labor, machinery, and raw material utilization. This study aims to analyze partial productivity based on these three factors, identify the most influential factor, and provide improvement recommendations. A quantitative descriptive method with a partial productivity analysis approach was employed. Operational data-production volume, workforce size, machine operating time, raw material usage, and defective product count-were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation over one month. Results indicate a labor productivity of 7,437.83 units/person, machine productivity of 214.55 units/hour, and raw material productivity of 90.34 units/kg. These results suggest the production system operates quite effectively, although there remains room for improvement through preventive maintenance, optimized work allocation, improved operator skills, and better control of raw material usage to reduce defects.
