Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of ethical leadership and spirituality in the workplace on organizational commitment, and examine the role of organizational support as a moderating variable in employees of the Regional Secretariat of West Nusa Tenggara Province. This research is a causal associative type with a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires, the data collection method uses a census involving 81 respondents who are State Civil Apparatus (ASN) employees. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results showed that ethical leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Spirituality in the workplace is also proven to have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. In addition, organizational support strengthens the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational commitment, and strengthens the relationship between workplace spirituality and organizational commitment. These findings indicate the importance of developing ethical leadership, building a spiritually meaningful work environment, and enhancing organizational support to strengthen employees' commitment to the organization.
