Abstract

Employee turnover is quite an important problem in organizations that management must pay attention to. Efforts to prevent these valuable employees from leaving are critical. This research was conducted to explore the influence of perceived organizational support, workload and burnout on turnover intention and quality of work life. This research was conducted at the head office of a goods delivery service company in Jakarta, Indonesia. with a sample size of 200 employees. This study is quantitative. Workload has a positive and significant effect on burnout. If the workload value is high, the greater the employee will feel burnout, employee burnout will reduce employee productivity and affect the achievement of organizational goals. Perceived organizational support has no effect on burnout either directly or through mediation between job resources.
