Abstract

The phenomenon of technological development is increasing rapidly with progress in the presence of making agreements electronically. In practice, there are still electronic contracts that are inconsistent with the principles of freedom of contract and the principles of good faith. The formulation of the problem in this study is an indicator of freedom of contract in electronic contracts and the validity of electronic contracts that contain standard clauses. The results of this study are indicators of the assessment of the principle of freedom of contract in electronic contracts that must be seen by the opposing party starting from the pre-contract, implementation of the contract and postcontract and the validity of electronic contracts that contain standard clauses that the electronic contract is null and void.Keywords: Transportation, Legal Protection, Exoneration Clause
