PERILAKU PENYALAHGUNAAN WEWENANG OKNUM KEPOLISIAN PADA KASUS BRIGADIR J YANG TIDAK MENCERMINKAN NILAI PANCASILA

Abstract

Pancasila is used as the basis for the administration of the state so that it has a special position in the administration of the state and Indonesian law. The special position referred to is as a fundamental state rule, namely Pancasila as the basis and source of the 1945 Constitution as well as the basis in determining government policies in the administration of the state. Pancasila as the basis of the state also means that the government and law enforcers must be guided by Pancasila, maintain noble human character, and uphold the moral ideals of the nation. The values of Pancasila are also used as a source of reference in the preparation of the ethics of national life for all Indonesian people. All Indonesian people must be involved in implementing Pancasila values, one of which is the police agency. The Police Agency is a legal institution and lives within the community and the state. The National Police of the Republic of Indonesia is the National Police in Indonesia, which is directly responsible under the President. The method used in this paper is a literature study by analyzing and extracting data from various relevant sources.
