Abstract

The development of the Indonesian economy in the current era of globalization places Indonesia in the position of a developing country, which requires a lot of support from various parties through investment. Reform of licensing system in Indonesia starts with government policies and authorities in simplifying the licensing process for business activities. The building permit process namely building approval (PBG) as one of the scopes for business and investment licensing is expected to run well, so that the community can benefit in the form of guaranteed legality and feasibility of their buildings. Retribution from building permits as one of the additions to regional original income also contributes to increasing economic growth to finance development in Indonesia
