KEADILAN HUKUM DALAM PELAYANAN PERTANAHAN PADA EKSEKUSI HAK TANGGUNGAN

Abstract

It is often found that during the registration process, the Mortgage Granting Deed is returned by the registration section at the Land Office for certain reasons. Thus the authorized official, in this case the Land Deed Making Officer, needs to revise the deed so that it can be accepted by the registration section at the Land Office. Such difficulties often involve creditors returning to add to the lacking conditions. Based on the things that have been described above, it will examine further about electronic services in the process of imposing Mortgage along with Mortgage Roya and information services for Land Registration Certificates (SKPT) as a condition for Executing Mortgage, by taking the title Legal Justice in Land Services in the Execution of Mortgage Rights. Viewed from the perspective of its nature, the specifications used in this study are descriptive analytical research, namely research that aims to describe the real situation, then the data obtained is analyzed qualitatively. For the general public and parties who often have an interest in land services, they often experience confusion and difficulties in various land service processes because there is no electronic service information system that can cut the time and energy of all parties. For the Land Office, due to the lack of socialization of electronic information services to the public, the land service process is often ineffective and inefficient due to incomplete documents and invalid information data in land documents.
