Abstract

Currently, cases of vionlence against children such as bullying or bullying are familiar in Indonesia and even throughout the country. Bullying is an act aimed at disturbing and hurting others both verbally and physically. Children who face the law get legal protection based on Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Justice System. In cases of bullying or bullying are focused on articles related to cases of violence, namely Article 76C of Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Child Protection.
