TINJAUAN YURIDIS TERHADAP MUNCULNYA POLEMIK PRO KONTRA PEMINDAHAN IBU KOTA NEGARA BARU (IKN)

Abstract

This research aims to know how far of legal protection for the implementation of Village Government. The problem that a rises in today's society is whether the implementation of Village Government is in accordance with applicable legal regulations. The research method used is the Normative Legal Research Method with a Quantitative Approaches. So that conclusions can be drawn regarding the implementation of Village Government that has been running so far. If there are still deficiencies in the implementation, improvements can be made in order to improve the quality of service to the village community.
