IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN DAERAH NO. 12 TAHUN 2014 TENTANG RENCANA TATA RUANG WILAYAH KOTA SURABAYA TAHUN 2014-2034 DALAM PEMANFAATAN KAWASAN PERUNTUKAN INDUSTRI

Abstract

The implementation of Regional Regulation (Perda) No. 12 Tahun 2014 concerning Regional Spatial Planning (RTRW) of Surabaya Regency 2014-2034 in Utilization of Industrial Designated Areas (KPI), has been implemented well but has not been effective. Implementation Supporting Factors are: 1) the availability of complete policies in the implementation of spatial planning policies. 2) the attitude of implementing the policy is quite good and commitment to the implementation of the policy. 3) the bureaucratic structure already exist and running well in implementing the policy. 4) still available land for KPI. Inhibiting factors include: 1) there is no time clarity regarding the disposition of the recommendation file for space utilization permits from the leadership. 2) multiple interpretations of Perda.
