The purpose of this research is to discover the correlation between burnout and job satisfaction in PT X employees. In this study, the hypothesis is that there is a negative correlation between burnout and job satisfaction in PT X employees. The research subjects for this study were 110 PT X employees who were chosen using the Non Probability Sampling technique. To assess burnout and job satisfaction, this study employed quantitative methods and data collection via scales. The calculation was performed using the Prerequisite Test analysis, which included the normality and linearity tests, as well as data analysis with Correlation Pearson product moment using the SPSS application version 25.0 for Windows. The data analysis revealed a correlation coefficient of -0.655 with p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). The findings of this study revealed that the effective contribution of the burnout variable to job satisfaction was 42.9 percent, with the remaining 56.1 percent influenced by factors that were not investigated. According to the findings of this study, the research hypothesis of a negative relationship between burnout and job satisfaction is accepted.
