Abstract

Land disputes can sometimes result in very complex conflicts. Land disputes can affect various aspects. This journal was created based on analysis of court and supreme court decisions as the main source in the journal. In this journal, we examine several court decisions and supreme court decisions regarding land rights disputes that occurred in the Cibinong area, in the 2016-2023 time period. The method used is a normative method. Court decisions show that sometimes there is legal uncertainty in land regulations and also property rights documents.
