IMPLEMENTASI PELAYANAN RUMAH KEMASAN PLUT UMKM KOTA BATU

Abstract

Batu City is a small city located in the province of East Java and is famous as a tourist destination, of course with the existing potential, this creates a great opportunity for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to develop, the existence of good opportunities like this must be maximized by the Batu City government in creating innovation policies for the sake of creating progress for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises actors, The presence of the Packaging House in Batu City is an innovation in the Batu City government's policy to help the community, especially Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises actors in packaging products from Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises so that they look more attractive and can increase selling prices, especially in growing the economy, However, it was also reported from the article batuseru.co.id that the existence of the Packaging House which is adjacent to the Integrated Business Service Center for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives (PLUT-KUMKM) was deemed not optimal. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method in this study, which is the place or location of research for researchers, namely at PLUT K-UMKM. Data collection techniques include: observation, interviews and documentation which are informants in this study are functional officials of PLUT K-UMKM Batu City and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises actors. The results of the study obtained are that the Implementation of Public Services for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Packaging Houses in Batu City has shown good performance in helping Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises improve the quality of their product packaging.
