Abstract

Workplace discipline is a mentality that respects and follows all established policies and procedures, both formal and informal. Workload is also an important factor in determining employee work discipline. The amount of work that employees have to do every day is one of the main criteria that determines how disciplined they are in working. The purpose of this study is to explain the Effect of Workload on Employee Work Discipline at Manna Class IIB Prison. The study uses a quantitative research method based on survey research. In this study, the researcher used total sampling, namely the sample size is the same as the population size. The population size is less than 100. The results of this study are that the workload of employees at Manna Class IIB Prison with statistical results of 54.92 or 54.92%. This means that the workload is quite good, Employee work discipline at Manna Class IIB Prison with statistical results of 42.00 or 42%. This means that the workload is quite good, Partially there is a positive and significant influence between Workload on employee work discipline at Manna Class IIB Prison with the results of the statistical test, namely the regression coefficient is 0.674 with a t-test result of 7,783 and has a significance level of 0.000 (α <0.05). Thus the hypothesis can be accepted.
