Abstract

In order to improve health services, the city of Tangerang as one of the cities in Indonesia that has implemented a smart city is increasingly trying to optimize its services, including health services, one of which is the service cageur program. For this reason, the Tangerang City government created a service cageur program in the city of Tangerang, especially in the Karawaci and Neglasari sub-districts, which is a program that aims to provide services that can reach all levels of society regardless of the community's economic status, location, gender, disability, age and cover the entire life cycle. human life ranging from fetuses, infants, toddlers, adolescents, productive age, pregnant women to the elderly so that the people of Tangerang City, especially the Karawaci and Neglasari sub-districts, are healthy. With a healthy body, it can support the community to carry out activities without obstacles so as to increase the competitiveness of the community, especially in the current era of globalization. Therefore, the goal to be achieved in this research is to find out how to optimize the service delivery program in Tangerang City, especially in the Karawaci sub-district and Neglasari sub-district in supporting smart cities in the city of Tangerang. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the optimization of the service cageur program in Tangerang City, specifically in the Karawaci sub-district, seen from a smart city perspective, is quite optimal. Compared to the Neglasari sub-district, this is based on the benefits of Cageur Services that have not been maximized in achieving goals, integration and adaptation for society.
