ANALISIS KEBIJAKAN PUBLIK TERHADAP KESETARAAN GENDER: STUDI KASUS DI NEGARA-NEGARA BERKEMBANG

Abstract

Public policy has a crucial role in realizing gender equality in developing countries. This study aims to analyze public policies that have been implemented to promote gender equality, with a focus on developing countries. The research method used is literature analysis and case studies. Through comprehensive literature insights, this research investigates various public policies that have been implemented in developing countries to combat gender discrimination and advance women's participation and well-being. Case studies will draw on examples from several developing countries to provide a deeper understanding of policy implementation and its impact on gender equality. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide valuable insights for policy makers, practitioners and researchers who are interested in efforts to achieve gender equality in developing countries.
