IMPLEMENTASI PERMENDIKBUD NO. 1 TAHUN 2021 TENTANG PPDB DENGAN SISTEM ZONASI DALAM RANGKA PEMERATAAN AKSES PENDIDIKAN SMA NEGERI DI KOTA MALANG

Abstract

The aim of establishing the Unitary State of Indonesia as stated in the preamble to the 1945 Constitution is: Protecting the entire Indonesian nation and the bloodshed of Indonesia, advancing general welfare, making the nation's life intelligent and participating in implementing world order. This goal is the ideal goal that will be achieved for the independence of the Indonesian nation. In other words, these ideals are a mandate to every government in Indonesia to make them happen. One of the objectives contained in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution above is "to make the life of the nation intelligent". This implies that the state, through the Indonesian government, is obliged to create an educated society in general and in particular. This spirit was then enshrined in the body of the 1945 Constitution CHAPTER This research was used to determine the implementation of registration of new students at the State High School level, especially in the zoning route in the city of Maklang, which is the implementation of Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 1 of 2021. This implementation is measured from the aspects of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure that can support the implementation of the policy. Furthermore, the equality of accreditation held by each educational unit "especially for State High Schools" also greatly influences the distribution of educational services for the community. In this way, it is hoped that the people of Malang city will get equal and equal rights in gaining access to education, especially at state high schools.
