PELAKSANAAN HUKUMAN DISIPLIN TERHADAP NARAPIDANA DILEMBAGA PEMASYARAKATAN KELAS I RAJABASA YANG MELANGGAR TATA TERTIB BERDASARKAN PERMENKUMHAM NO. 6 TAHUN 2013 (Studi Di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Rajabasa Bandar Lampung)

Abstract

This thesis discusses the implementation of disciplinary punishment against convicts who violate the rules based on the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights No. 6 of 2013 in relation to the development of prisoners (Studies in Class I Correctional Institutions Rajabasa). The approach method used in this study is a sociological juridical approach. From the results of this study it was concluded that sanctions for convicts who violate Article 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2013, namely the violations are in the form of minor violations, moderate violations and serious violations, the punishment starts from a verbal warning, placing the prisoner in prison exile cells or commonly called rat cells which are smaller than the size of cells in general, and also do not get remission rights, leave to visit family, leave on parole, assimilation, leave before release, and parole in the current year. In addition, each blockis guarded by a public picket. Public pickets are in charge of guarding prisoners and ensuring that there is no disturbance of order in the Penitentiary. After that, before the convicts enter their respective rooms, the prison officers on duty will chat with the inmates with the aim of knowing if there are inmates who are having problems with other inmates.
