Abstract

Used cooking oil is oil that is obtained from the residue of frying and is no longer suitable for use in cooking activities. The use of used cooking oil that is carried out repeatedly will have an impact on environmental pollution such as soil pollution which causes the pores of the soil to be closed and also can no longer support human activities, which can result in flooding. Every household has leftover cooking oil or cooking oil. In general, used cooking oil is discharged into the surrounding environment without any control or knowledge about its impact on the environment. This is also exacerbated because the public's knowledge is still very minimal regarding the impact caused by used cooking oil on health and also the surrounding environment.
