PERAN JAKSA INTEL DALAM PROSES PEMBANGUNAN STRATEGIS KHUSUSNYA KEGIATAN BELANJA MODAL JALAN DI KEJAKSAAN NEGERI KABUPATEN MOJOKERTO

Abstract

The Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia in the Intelligence field has one of the duties and authorities in carrying out security for a national strategic project called Strategic Development Security (PPS) which is hereinafter named the PPS Team as regulated in Article 30B of RI Law Number 11 of 2021. Security Strategic Development includes the security sector for road infrastructure, as well as other infrastructure. This study aims to analyze the extent of the role of the Mojokerto Regency District Attorney's Intelligence attorney in road capital expenditure activities. The research is empirical legal research and the data used are primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data obtained from laws or regulations, articles, and other reading sources related to the problem being researched by the author. The results of the study explain that in a national strategic project within the scope of road construction there is the role of the Intelligence Prosecutor as Security for Strategic Development which is expected to minimize the occurrence of various threats, disturbances, obstacles, and challenges in National Strategic Projects (PSN) and Regional strategic projects (PSD).
