Abstract

The existence and development of the diversity of interfaith communities in this area can be seen, one of which is from the establishment of existing places of worship. As well as Mosques, Churches, Liths and Viharas. These places of worship are only 200- 500 M. These places of worship stand along with the development of the existing population of each adherent of the religion. As well as the establishment of Lithang which has been established since 1980 A.D.1 This research uses historical methods, namely methods to critically examine and analyze records and relics of the past. The historical method consists of four stages, namely heuristics (data collection), source criticism, interpretation (interpreting facts) and reconstruction or historiography. In this study, Pabuaran Village is inhabited by six religions (namely Islam, Confucianism, Protestant Christianity, Catholic Christianity, Buddhism, and Hinduism) and of course coexist, has a very high sense of tolerance so it is very easy to carry out social interactions manifested in socio-cultural relations, such as visiting each other during holidays, mutual respect when worshiping, Fulfilling wedding invitations, even not only fulfilling invitations but also helping in terms of energy and costs for the continuity of the wedding party, visiting each other to express condolences when there are relatives who die, fulfilling invitations to house thanksgiving and thanksgiving for the departure of Umrah or Hajj, also giving gifts to each other when someone gives birth.
