PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP HAK PEKERJA TERKAIT PENSIUN DAN JAMINAN HARI TUA

Abstract

Pension and old-age security are important rights for workers who have devoted themselves for many years. However, there are still many violations of workers' rights related to pensions and old-age security. This research aims to analyze the legal protection of workers' rights related to pensions and old-age security in Indonesia. The research methods used are literature studies, interviews, and surveys. The data obtained is analyzed by comparing and interpreting the data that has been collected with the laws and regulations relating to pensions and old-age pensions, as well as the results of surveys and interviews. The results showed that there are still many violations of workers' rights related to pensions and old-age pensions. It is necessary to increase understanding and information about workers' rights related to pensions and old-age pensions as well as stricter law enforcement against violations of these rights. This journal is expected to provide information and a better understanding of the legal protection of workers' rights related to pensions and old-age pensions in Indonesia.
