PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM BAGI KORBAN PELECEHAN SEKSUAL PADA ANAK DIBAWAH UMUR

Abstract

Child sexual abuse has received much attention. Child sexual violence is the highest level of violence compared to physical violence.  KNPAI  insists that child sexual violence is the highest level of violence that attacks both physically and mentally. The problem in this scientific work is 1) Why are minors subject to sexual harassment? 2) What legal action is appropriate for sexual harassment offenders and how do I prevent sexual harassment in children? This study using a qualitative approach is a Descriptive research method. Researchers also search data through written sources to obtain information about this research object using: 1) Library Study, 2) Online Data Search/Internet Search. Important roles of family, community, government or state are needed in tackling sexual harassment, including: providing early childhood sexuality education, taking responsibility and maintaining child protection rights, socializing with parents, communities about the importance of maintaining and protecting children.Child support.
