KEABSAHAN SYARAT KEHARUSAN MEMILIKI SERTIFIKAT PELATIHAN NOTARIS SEBAGAI SYARAT PENGANGKATAN NOTARIS

Abstract

Before carrying out the position and authority of a notary, a notary candidate must obtain a permit to place a notary. The process of obtaining a permit for appointment as a Notary Public should be easily carried out by prospective Notary Publics, if the conditions and procedures are known correctly. Notaries are required to have a letter of appointment and dismissal of a Notary done by the Minister. The purpose of this study is to explain the validity of the requirement to have a notary training certificate as a condition for notary revocation. This research method is normative legal research with primary legal materials. The results in this study are that the legal requirements for notary appointment are enforced in order to create standardization and high quality for each notary who can be appointed. The requirements for the appointment of a notary are to assess the ability of a notary candidate, that he actually has sufficient knowledge, is good and worthy of being a notary who will serve the public in making written evidence in the form of an authentic deed.
