This study focuses on the design and implementation of a Sales Management Information System for bottled drinking water at Berkah Store Agent using the Waterfall development methodology. Prior to the system development, sales transaction processing, inventory management, and report generation were conducted manually, resulting in inefficiencies, data inconsistencies, and delays in information delivery that hindered managerial decision-making. The Waterfall methodology was employed through sequential stages, including requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The proposed system is a database-driven, computer-based application that facilitates systematic management of sales transactions, customer information, inventory data, and sales reports with improved accuracy and reliability. The implementation results demonstrate that the system significantly enhances operational efficiency, minimizes human error in data recording, and provides timely and accurate information to support managerial monitoring and evaluation of sales performance. This research is expected to contribute as a practical reference for the adoption of management information systems in small and medium-sized enterprises encountering similar operational challenges.
