Abstract

The life of the community individually or as a social society is governed by binding provisions and regulations. In social life, rules are norms that must be maintained and obeyed with all consequences. The law governs society as a whole, no matter who commits it or how punishment is given for offenses. Sanctions are given as the final result of violations that make citizens responsible for all their actions. A country must continue to develop legal thinking, especially a democratic one that provides freedom for its citizens to actualize themselves as individuals and society through an orderly, directed, and free system based on the principles of regulation instilled in themselves. One of the main principles of a state of law is the guarantee of the independent exercise of judicial power to uphold law and justice.
