This changes the way companies continue to improve the standards of the company to be all digital. However, on the other hand, technological innovations provide changes in employee performance along with the level of technological development. And challenges also change from performance processes that become more complicated and require a fairly detailed understanding. Techno-stress in employees who take E-Training is a significant problem. Based on a survey by (Ayyagari et all, 2011), around 45% of employees who took E-Training reported experiencing quite high Techno-stress , in line with the results of a pre-survey on pharmaceutical employees at PT. ALFA showed that around 71.9% of employees were always connected to technology while at home and this Techno-stress caused 93.8% of these employees to have to frequently increase their work speed due to new technology.
