Abstract

Indonesia, which has entered the world of investment openness with its latest regulation on the employment cluster in the job creation law and PP 35/2021 which is the scope of PKWT and Outsourcing, which in its application causes a lot of polemic and problems so that it leads its own view both from the employer and worker side. This study aims to explain the assumptions of the authors both from the employer side and the worker side and reinforced with other research data that have been published in order to analyze the impact of the implementation of new regulations not only from the worker side, but also the company side that has been less of a focus of research.
