Background: Scabies is a skin disease caused by Sarcoptes scabiei which is transmitted by direct or indirect skin contact. According to WHO 2015, the prevalence of scabies is currently around 0.2-71 percent and is estimated more than 200 million people are affected by scabies. The incidence of scabies in Indonesia in 2013 was 3.9 to 6%.6 At Kronjo Community Health Center, 45 cases of scabies were found from May to September in 2023. Objective: To find locations with the highest cases of scabies, causes, interventions that can be carried out and results of interventions in the Kronjo Health Center. Method: A community diagnosis approach is used in problem determination and intervention. Blum's paradigm is used to identify problems. The Delphi non-scoring technique method is used to determine problem priorities. Then determine the root cause of the problem using fishbone diagram. The intervention was carried out with scabies education and screening. Results: The results of the intervention on 30 students were obtained, where 17 participants scored <80 and 13 participants ≥80 at pre-test. The post-test results showed that 9 participants got a score <80 and 21 participants got ≥80. Conclusion: The location with the highest number of scabies cases in the Kronjo Community Health Center working area is Kronjo Village. Based on the Blum Paradigm, knowledge aspect causes high cases of scabies. Interventions include scabies education and screening. After the intervention was carried out, an increase in knowledge has been shown with hope to reduce cases of scabies in Kronjo.
