ANALISIS PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI PERAWAT TERHADAP KINERJA PERAWAT DI RS

Abstract

Hospitals need good service to increase patient satisfaction, good service at the hospital requires maximum, comprehensive and professional nurse performance to improve the quality and quality of the hospital in serving patients. One of the factors that can affect the performance of nurses is leadership style, motivation and characteristics of nurses. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership style and motivation of nurses on the performance of nurses at RSU. The population used in this study were the practicing nurses at Hospital, totaling 88 nurses. Sampling in this study used the total population where the total sample used in this study was 88 nurses. Data analysis used univariate, bivariate with chi square and multivariate with multiple regression. The results showed that there was an effect of leadership style on the performance of nurses at RSU p < 0.05, there was an effect of motivation on the performance of nurses at RSU p < 0.05, there was an influence on nurse characteristics consisting of age, gender, education, and years of service on the performance of nurses at RSU p < 0.05, there was no effect of marital status on the performance of nurses at RSU p > 0.05 In this study together there was an effect of the independent variables on the dependent, and the most influential variable is the variable Gender.
