DIAGNOSIS KOMUNITAS DALAM UPAYA PENINGKATAN CAKUPAN IMUNISASI DI DESA BUDIMULYA, WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS CIKUPA, KECAMATAN CIKUPA, KABUPATEN TANGERANG, PROVINSI BANTEN PERIODE 28 JUNI – 14 JULI 2023

Abstract

Background: Problems in the community are identified by community diagnosis. Immunization is an effective health protection for children against several diseases. The Ministry of Health recorded that the average complete vaccination coverage in Banten was 66.88%, as of January 2023, this is lower than the current national average of 67.46%. The immunization coverage in working area of the Cikupa Health Center has not been able to reach the target of 90%. Immunization coverage deserves to be raised as a problem with a community diagnosis approach, especially in Budimulya village. Objective: Increasing immunization coverage in the Working Area of the Cikupa Health Center, Cikupa District, Tangerang Regency, Banten Province. Method: Blum's paradigm used as a community diagnosis method. Data was collected using a mini survey. The priority of the problem is determined by the Delphi non-scoring method and the root cause of the problem is determined by fishbone. Data on the results of the intervention were taken from the pre-test and post-test and monitoring was carried out using the PDCA cycle and a systems approach. Results: fishbone lifestyle diagram’s showing lack of immunization, after counseling and distribution of mini books, as well as installing banners. There was a post test score of ≥70 in the community (100%) after being given counseling and distribution of mini books. Conclusion: After the community diagnosis approach was taken, an increase in knowledge about immunization was obtained for participants who took part in counseling, so that it was expected to increase immunization coverage
