Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. The number of drug resistant tuberculosis has increased from 2017-2018 with a total of 8.527 confirmed case. Data from Teluknaga Public Health Center in 2022 showed 183 patients with confirmed tuberculosis with 12 of them was diagnosed with drug resistant tuberculosis. To achieve complete treatment of drug resistant tuberculosis in Mr. DL, prevent complications of drug resistant tuberculosis, and relaps of nephrotic syndrome in Mr. DL. A 22-year-old man with complaints of coughing that was felt since 1 month ago, fever that particulary occur at night, not gaining weight and easily tired. Based on the history and examination, a diagnosis of drug resistant tuberculosis with complications of anemia and underweight followed by remission of nephrotic syndrome was obtained and an approach was taken with the Mandala of Health. A holistic approach with Mandala of Health was taken in analyzing the problem. Current complaints are caused by a lack of knowledge about the disease. Comprehensive management and education are provided so that patients and families understand the importance of management and prevention of complications. The source of infection for DR-TB is known to be contact with Mr. DL's coworkers. DL. Internal and external factors were found to cause the complaints experienced. The results of the intervention through family medicine visits showed significant clinical improvement and increased patient and family knowledge about DR-TB, SN, and anemia.
