LAPORAN KEGIATAN KUNJUNGAN KASUS ASMA BRONKIAL TIDAK TERKONTROL DISERTAI PSORIASIS PADA Nn. NA DENGAN PENDEKATAN KEDOKTERAN KELUARGA DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS KRONJO, KECAMATAN KRONJO, KABUPATEN TANGERANG, PROVINSI BANTEN PERIODE 20 SEPTEMBER 2022 – 19 O

Abstract

Asthma is a chronic inflammation of the airways which is characterized by several recurrent episodic symptoms. 1-18% of the population in the world encounter asthma. According to Global Asthma Network iin 2025, there will be an increasing population of asthma by 400 million. Prevalence of asthma in Asia ranged from 1,6 – 15,3%. In Indonesia, the prevalence of asthma in 2018 was 2.4%, and in Banten Province was 2.4%. Based on data from the Kronjo Health Center, there were 126 visits during January – August 2022. A 16-year-old female had uncontrolled asthma since she was 2 years old. From the physical examination, symptoms of psoriasis were found. Objective is Controlling asthma and psoriasis in patient and identify the risk factors for asthma in patient. A 16-year-old female complaining of shortness of breath. She started complaint a dry cough for 7 days which got worse. The patient has been diagnosed with asthma since she was 2 years old. In this month, symptoms occur 2-3 times a week. It is known that her father also has asthma. There were signs of psoriasis on patient. No complaints on the skin, other than dry, itchy and sensitive. A holistic problem analysis and comprehensive management of patient. Result is there is no reccurence of asthma for the last 2 weeks. Dry cough has been reduced. Her skin is no longer itchy and more moist. It is also known that the risk factors that cause asthma is genetic. Conclusion is with a holistic and comprehensive approach to family medicine and analysis, it is hoped that patient and her family can overcome the problems they are currently experiencing, even though the results of the activities still do not show optimal results due to the limited time they have. So it is hoped that by applying this approach, the patient's disease can be controlled.
