Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is a viral infection transmitted by Aedes aegypti to humans. Based on WHO in 2019, there were 5.2 million cases of DHF in the world. In Southeast Asia in 2019, there were 648,301 cases of DHF. In Indonesia in 2021, there were 73,518 cases. In Tangerang Regency in 2020, there were 338 cases with 9 deaths. At the Kronjo Health Center, there was an increase in dengue cases in August 2022 as many as 5 cases. The results of the mini-survey at the Kronjo Health Center showed a lack of knowledge regarding DHF and 3M plus prevention. So activities with a community diagnosis approach are needed. Increasing knowledge about DHF and prevention of 3M plus in Bakung Village. The activity was carried out using a community diagnosis approach. Problem identification is made using Blum's paradigm. We are determining the priority of the problem using the non-scoring Delphi method and identifying the root cause of the problem using a fishbone diagram. The intervention plan is prepared based on the root cause of the problem. The intervention was in the form of counseling related to DHF and prevention of 3M plus. Collecting data by filling out a mini-survey, pre-test, and post-test. Evaluation of activities is carried out with a systems approach. The results of the intervention showed that 28 participants (93%) experienced an increase in the pre-test score to the post-test and as many as 25 participants (83%) had a post-test score of at least 80. The results of the community diagnosis activity showed an increase in the knowledge of the Bakung Village community regarding DHF and 3M plus prevention. It is hoped that this will reduce new cases of DHF in the working area of the Kronjo Health Center
