HUBUNGAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN IBU TENTANG ANTENATAL CARE DENGAN TINGKAT KECEMASAN IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER III MENGHADAPI PERSALINAN

Pregnancy for a woman can be a source of stressor anxiety. Anxiety can be caused by a lack of knowledge of pregnant women about childbirth. Pregnancy examination (ANC) can be one of the main sources of knowledge for third trimester pregnant women in dealing with labor. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge of mothers about antenatal care with the anxiety level of third trimester pregnant women facing childbirth. This study used the type of analytic observational research. The research will be carried out in November 2022. The research will be carried out at the Jeruk Health Center, Bandar District, Pacitan Regency, with a total of 34 people. In this study, the results of the analysis using Spearman's rank showed that the p-value = 0.047 <0.05, which means that there is a relationship between the level of maternal knowledge about antenatal care and the anxiety of third-trimester pregnant women in facing labor with a correlation coefficient value (r ) = 0.344 this shows that there is a positive correlation between the level of knowledge of mothers about antenatal care with the level of anxiety of third trimester pregnant women. There is a relationship between the level of knowledge of mothers about antenatal care with the anxiety level of third trimester pregnant women facing childbirth.
