PUBLIC SERVICE MOTIVATION DAN SENSE OF COMMUNITY SEBAGAI MEDIATOR PADA ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR TENAGA MEDIS RS BHAYANGKARA DENPASAR

Abstract

Bhayangkara Denpasar Hospital has Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) problems with dimensions that are not optimal in the preliminary study. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between Public Service Motivation (PSM) and OCB mediated by Sense of Community (SoC). This research uses a quantitative design with a descriptive verification method. The study population amounted to 195 medical personnel (doctors, nurses, and midwives) working at Bhayangkara Denpasar Hospital. The sampling technique used was proportional random sample where from the calculation results obtained as many as 131 respondents who filled out the questionnaire as a tool to collect primary data. Based on data collection, processing and analysis using SEM-PLS, the results show that PSM has a significant effect on OCB and SoC and there is a partial mediating role of SoC on the influence of PSM on OCB.
