PENGARUH STANDAR OPERASIONAL PROSEDUR TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI MANAJEMEN CONTROL PADA PT. BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA KC UNIT RATU SAMBAN BENGKULU

Abstract

To find out how much influence standard operational procedures have on employee effectiveness through management control at PT. Bank BRI Kc Unit Ratu Samban Bengkulu. This research uses data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires, the sampling technique uses the Purposive Sampling technique. This research uses a quantitative approach which is explanatory research. There is an influence of standard operational procedures (X) on employee work effectiveness (Y) of PT. Bank BRI Kc Unit Ratu Samban Bengkulu with a value of tsig < α (0.016<0.05) and a value of tcount > ttable (2.552> 2.034), thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. There is an influence of standard operational procedures (X) on control management ( Z) PT. Bank BRI KC Unit Ratu Samban Bengkulu with a value of tsig < α (0.009<0.05) and a value of tcount > ttable (2.765> 2.034), thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. There is management control (Z) on employee effectiveness (Y) PT Bank BRI KC Unit Ratu Samban Bengkulu with a value of tsig < α (0.046<0.05) and a value of tcount > ttable (2.077> 2.034) thus Ho is rejected and Ha accepted.
