Abstract

In the modern era influenced by rapid technological advancements, companies are faced with the demand to continuously improve their business process efficiency. Business process analysis is key to identifying potential improvements and innovations that can benefit the company in an increasingly competitive landscape. This research aims to analyze how technology and innovation can be leveraged to optimize business processes in companies in the modern era. Using a literature review approach, this study identifies recent technological developments and innovations in the context of business process analysis. Findings indicate that information technology, artificial intelligence, big data analytics, and the Internet of Things (IoT) are some of the tools that can be utilized to enhance operational efficiency and responsiveness to evolving market needs.
