PENGARUH TINGKAT PARTISIPASI SEKOLAH, TINGKAT PARTISIPASI ANGKATAN KERJA DAN ANGKA HARAPAN HIDUP TERHADAP INDEKS PEMBANGUNAN MANUSIA (IPM) DI PROVINSI PAPUA (STUDI KASUS 2018-2021)

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain the influence of School Participation Levels, Labor Force Participation Levels, Life Expectancy Rates on the Human Development Index in Papua Province in 2018-2021. This research uses a quantitative approach with the data used as secondary data. Population and samples were taken from all areas in Papua Province. The technique used in this research is non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling approach. The research sample was processed using panel data regression analysis techniques. The results of data processing show that partially the School Participation Rate has a significant and positive effect on HDI, the Labor Force Participation Level has a significant but negative effect on HDI, and Life Expectancy has a significant and positive effect on HDI in Papua Province. Simultaneously School Participation Levels, Labor Force Participation Levels, Life Expectancy Rates on the Human Development Index in Papua Province.
