Abstract

The research entitled "Factors Influencing Intention to Use Peer to Peer Lending Fintech in MSMEs in Bandar Lampung" aims to examine what factors influence MSME actors in Bandar Lampung to use peer to peer lending fintech. This study uses financial inclusion as a basic model for acceptance of new technology. This study took a sample of MSME actors in Bandar Lampung who have used fintech peer to peer lending by distributing online questionnaires through fintech services in Bandar Lampung, namely Lahan Sikam. Data obtained through purposive sampling method with a total sample of 35 respondents. Testing was carried out using the SPSS version 25.0 for windows. The results of the five hypotheses tested in this study indicate that personalization and technological innovation have a positive effect on the intention to use fintech peer to peer lending by MSME actors in Bandar Lampung. While social factors, and increased effectiveness have no effect on the intention to use fintech peer to peer lending by MSMEs in Bandar Lampung.
