Effects of Return On Assets (ROA), Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Price Book Value (PBV) and on Share Prices in Banking Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021” . The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Price Book Value (PBV) on Stock Prices. The population used in this research is all Banking Sub Sector Companies in 2019-2021. Companies, and the sample is 12 companies using a purposive sampling technique with criteria set by the author. The analysis used is panel data regression analysis method. the partial test results of the independent variable Return On Assets (ROA) on the dependent variable on stock prices have no significant positive effect, the independent variable Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) on the dependent variable on stock prices has no significant positive effect, the independent variable Earning Per Share (EPS) on the dependent variable stock price has a significant positive effect and the independent variable Price to Book Value (PBV) on the dependent variable stock price has an insignificant positive effect. Based on the simultaneous test results, it was found that the variables Return On Assets (ROA), Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Price Book Value (PBV) simultaneously have a very strong influence on the stock prices of sub-sector companies. Banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, so that the first hypothesis is proven and the truth is accepted.
