PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) PT PLN (PERSERO) UNIT INDUK WILAYAH RIAU DAN KEPULAUAN RIAU

Abstract

As a company involved in the electricity industry, PT PLN is aware of the need of putting CSR activities in place. as a kind of social responsibility, whereby the development of three domains, namely: economic, social, and environmental, is consistent with the SDGs. The operations of PT PLN, a company that deals with natural resources, have an impact on the environment. This study's objectives are to understand the CSR program's implementation and to pinpoint the factors that contribute to its success for PT PLN UIW Riau Kepri. Sumyani's presentation of Yusuf Wibisono's theory includes the steps of socialization, implementation, and internalization. (2021:70). The technique used is descriptive qualitative research. The strategy for acquiring information involved interviewing a variety of current parties. The results showed that the CSR program for PT PLN UIW Riau Kepri was executed flawlessly. Assuming flawless completion of all planned tasks and optimum performance of all study indicators. This is impacted by the company's commitment to funding, communication, and HR quality components.
