NILAI ASET PADA RETURN AND REFUND DALAM PERSONAL SELLING PERSPEKTIF ISLAMIC ETHIC DI UNIT USAHA PP NURUL JADID

Abstract

Maintaining the asset value of an Islamic boarding school business unit is a challenge for Islamic boarding schools to be able to prosper the Islamic boarding school economy, especially the value of assets received through returns and refunds in Islamic boarding school business units, one of which is called the main cooperative. This study aims to discuss how personal selling is carried out by the business unit of the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School with returns and refunds as an asset value for the PP Nurul Jadid cooperative from an Islamic ethical perspective. This study uses a case study qualitative research method. The purpose of this research is to: find out what kind of personal selling is done by the PP Nurul Jadid business unit. The results of the study show that: 1) product quality provided by the business unit PP Nurul Jadid is one of the business unit strategies with returns and refunds which are the business unit's asset value. 2). Balance is also a personal selling business unit in balancing the satisfaction of buyers and sellers both with the number of quality products or the service of the main cooperative officers. The results of the study show that personal selling carried out by the Islamic boarding school business unit is a role in the return and refund which is one of the asset values of the Islamic boarding school business unit.
