Strategi Bertahan Hidup Korban PHK Pandemi (Studi Kasus Terhadap Karyawan Wisata Di Desa Rumah Berastagi/Ujung Aji, Kecamatan Berastagi, Kabupaten Karo)

Abstract

Most people’s job in Berastagi were dominated by farming and tourist sector because Berastagi is well known as city of recreation and so many people made Berastagi as a destination. So many of them lives from working on farming and tourism. Desa Rumah Berastagi/Ujung Aji is one of many village in Berastagi where many people working in farming and tourism sector. Because of the pandemic, many company especially that relate with excursion must close temporary and doing some reduction labor, that is the best decision that they made so the company keep operating. As a result, many people that work for the company must lost there job and become victims, so they must find the new one even the opportunity is too small when the pandemic happen. The victims have to make some strategy so they can make sufficient life
